It was comfortable, but they put my prepaid account on someone else's room. They were going to make me sleep on the street the first night. The next day I got hold of the office and they got it taken care of.

They were excellent hosts to a large convention of weird people (project A-Kon 15, a Japanese animation convention). They were very understanding of the problems involved with a large group (nearly 10,000 people), and very helpful and friendly.
It is an excellent, high-class hotel, which I got to stay in at a cheap price. I've never been in a hotel that nice before.
