Sheraton Crescent Hotel

We just completed a 3 day stay at this hotel. The pool area had dirty towels and garbage left out over night, the pool snack shack was closed, and the night supervisor couldn not stop the party next door to us despite 4 phone calls and pleas from me to shut down the party. Horrible experience -- lots of other good hotels to choose from in Phoenix!

The accommodations were adequate. The hotel provided lunch each day in a room adjacent to the meeting room. The lunch was excellent.

The banquet meal was far below expectations. The room we were assigned for a three night stay was against a noisy freeway. Except for the noise, the room was very comfortable. On this visit and with other hotels, we were awakened by the alarm clock that had been set by an earlier tenant.

I loved staying at the Sheraton hotel. I have never had any issues when I have stayed with them. Their rooms are always neat and clean, the staff is very friendly and the beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in.

This hotel made me feel elegant: They made me feel elegant because of how they treated me. When I went down to get a cart, a bell boy came up with me and helped my family and I load up and carry out our bags. He even loaded them into the car.
