Check in and check out time-close to the mall. One of the room keys didn't work, location of the room, and had to walk a long distance to ice machine. Not my favorite hotel. Room service menu over priced. Front desk staff not very warm.
55 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We have stayed at this hotel in the past (10 plus years ago) when it was the Columbia Inn and loved it. We were really looking forward to going back and did so this past weekend and were so disappointed. We have a small dog, so we were put in the garden section of the hotel, which has not been refurbished for ages. The ceiling, walls, carpets, hallways, and entryways were filthy. The hotel was crowed with wedding parties, and we were kept up all night by screaming kids, slamming doors, and loud drunks. We had planned to stay the weekend, but left early the next morning. The hotel was so dirty, we didn't even want the dog to walk on the floor!
