Sheraton Colonial Hotel and Golf Club Hotel - Page 1

I was really disappointed in this hotel. When you walk in it looks beautiful and the land is nice but 1. The toilet moved each time I use the bathroom, 2. they had no smoking rooms and they should make this clear online. 3. gave me and my husband a hard time because we wanted to order food from outside delivery. 4. I am an asthamtic and they never told us that they were painting so all night I had to keep using my asthma pump. 5. There was a sign that you could have no alcohol in your room and it was our anniversary! 6. They also had no dvd player that you could use (and tv so old that you could not hook one to it.) 7. It took 20 -25 minutes for the water to get hot for me to take a bubble bath. I have stayed in a Sheraton hotel in the past it was nice this was the worst hotel and it's looks was good but the rest sucked! They really need to do some up grades in the past it probably was nice but it really suck for us my husband tried not to complain while we were there but once we got home all he said was never again at a hotel Sheraton.

There was no transportation to and from the airport.

It was very convenient to my office. I am Starwood Platinum and am treated very well. The breakfast dining room is great and the front desk is also very good.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff knows us by name and puts us in a specifically requested room.

I loved the service. Very helpful. Loved the scenery. The shuttle bus was my lifeline into the city. THe shuttle bus driver was very helpful and fun.

I liked the friendliness of the front desk staff and the general comfort of the hotel. I disliked the small elite members lounge and the lack of ambience in there.
