The staff was spectacular! They made me feel at home with my family. The rooms were spotless. The food was outstanding. It took under 3 minutes for the free shuttle to transport me and my three children from the hotel to the airport and they dpopped

The restaurant ambience is very nice but the menu is limited and kind of pricey. It needs more choices. The location is great for the airport and the shuttle service is super.
They answered my call in the night because of noisy neighbors and immediately the problem was taken care of. Also the only way to get to your room in the elevator is to use your key card, that makes you feel secure.

I liked the hotel. There was a problem with the continental breakfast that should have been free according to the reservation. When we tried to get our breakfast the next morning, we found that it was not included in our package and because it was not printed with our receipt, we had to pay since we had already sat down at the table. Other than that the hotel was lovely. The pool area was dirty and they were doing a lot of construction in that area that was not quite taped off. Plus we had two handicapped women traveling with us and we found it extremely difficult to find parking for our vehicle. We had to park a three minute walk from the building, drive to the doors and load everyone in before we could leave. We counted only six handicapped spots when there were at least two hundred spaces available and the handicapped spots were constantly full. But the trip was nice. The air conditioning unit was out in our room and it was fixed within ten minutes.
We could not get to our rooms using the elevator unless we had our room key. The same worked for the stairs. It was nice knowing that the only people on our floor were paying guests and hotel staff.
