Horrible
I came here with my wife for shopping and business. Check-in was slow. Staff unfamilar with local restaurants. Parking was $* /night even though gate was up the whole time. Club level rooms were small. Treadmills were old and of poor quality....

This hotel did not live up to my expectations of a nice hotel. My room never cooled. I called the front desk and was told maint would be right up but never showed. The vending machine kept my money. There was a wedding and the elevator was always busy. I had a meeting downstairs and instead of washing the glasses, they simply turned over the dirty glasses and served the same glasses to us the next day. Yuck! The hotel claims to have a complimentary shuttle to anywhere within a 5 mile radius but when I questioned the front desk about where to eat for lunch she suggested walking. Also the shuttle back to the airport has to be reserved and since I was not informed of this, I had to wait for the next available shuttle. At checkout, the only question I was asked was did you recieve your bill under your door instead of how was your stay. This showed me they were too concerned with money instead of guest satisfaction. My meeting is being held again in November but I will find alternate accomodations.

Excellent
Although our stay was brief -to visit Washington University in Saint Louis - it was enjoyable. The staff responsible for the convenient shuttle service was outstanding. A nice hotel in a nice location close to a Metro station and many good...
Checked in at the Sheraton after a bad experience down the street at the Seven Gables Inn. It was a musty old hotel and the Sheraton was clean and fresh.
Great beds, firm mattresses, clean sunny room, all amenities. And a good value at ...

There was a wedding the weekend we were there and the elevator was always busy. The stairs, although available for guests, were not at the same level of appearance as the rest of the hotel. We did not interact with the staff much.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Sheraton Clayton Plaza Hotel St Louis.
I might recommend it to friends.
