It was a great room. The service was good. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the bathroom.

We were immediately impressed with the lobby area, which was very pretty and elegant. I had won the room and I was told only a smoking room was available. I asked about the possibility of being moved to a non-smoking room, and the staff did not hesitate to put us in a room on the club levels that were non-smoking. The bedding was fabulous and the temperature and the size of the pool were great.

We were happy with our stay. It was very comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Mostly, everything was fine or better than fine. The garage, at the time, was undergoing some type of renovation and the vehicles were diverted in a curious and inefficient way. There was some mix-up involving the complimentary meal coupons. The bartender was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was very well run. But the elevators were excruciatingly slow.

It was fine, although the parking setup was confusing, and getting out of the parking garage required driving down four or five levels, rather than just using the exit at the top.

The parking garage had a pretty low ceiling, so if you drive a van with a retractable antenna, consider lowering it before entering. Also, construction on the parking deck was somewhat mismanaged, one needed to travel the entire path of the lot to exit which was time consuming. Otherwise, the complimentary breakfasts were fantastic, the water was hot and adequately pressured, the TV had Fox News, and the bar stayed open late for us.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was fine. My mother and I stayed there because it's close to the shopping we like.

The bedding was great! Everyone was professional, efficient and cordial, and always trying to please. The spread appeared to be freshly cleaned; however, the blanket looked as though it had been previously used; I tried not to touch it. The bathtub faucet leaked. I was bothered at the wasted water. Otherwise, everything was quite nice.

Sheraton is a fine hotel. We've enjoyed the facilities there every time that we've stayed. We stayed on the club level, which allowed us to get snacks and drinks in the club room which; it was a nice convenience.

We stayed in three Sheratons on that trip; one in Des Moines, one in downtown Kansas City, and one in the southern suburb of Kansas City. Everything in all three were very good, with one exception. The porters at the last one directed us to unload our things from the back of the hotel, which was five times further away from our room than if we'd unloaded in front. And we passed the front desk to get to our elevator, so it wasn't a shortcut or back way at all. They were snobby at that Sheraton, though not at the other two. Of course, their main clientele were rich business professionals, not families on vacation like us.

The hotel staff had a certain ease and air of confidence, and treated me as a valued guest. I was impressed. I don't know what training they may have had, but it sure seemed to work.

The rooms are comfortable, but the windows don't open. The location is good, but MapQuest directions were wrong. The bartender was very nice.

They were late with our room service and honored their 30 minute policy by giving us a free meal! They reminded us of this policy after we ordered so I was impressed!

Sheraton Clayton Plaza was very good.

The rug in the room had a big stain. The TV clickers did not have batteries. We had a problem with billing at checkout.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I felt welcome because they are very nice people at the front desk. Made me feel very special.
