Sheraton Chicago Northwest Hotel - Page 2

I was there for a convention. The heater did not work when I checked in, but it was repaired promptly.

I have stayed at the hotel for four decades and I will continue to stay there!

This hotel made me feel welcome: They provide what is wanted by their target market.

The hotel was great. The bed was super.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The desk people were very nice. Since I missed my connection, I did not have any clothing or tooth brush with me and they offered me a kit to use which had a comb, a tooth brush and other necessary items.

There are no microwaves in the room or refrigerators. I liked the WiFi in the lobby. I disliked the stairs in front of the elevator although there is a ramp off to the side, it is hidden.

The staff welcomed our group. They had very nice rooms. I am looking forward to trying their new water facilities when completed.

The lighting could be better in rooms and the space under the room's door could be smaller. I look under the door from the hall and could see most of the room.

My room was comfortable. The ballrooms were great for dance sessions. The workout room was great to have. The girls were at their dance sessions during CNADM. The size of the pool was great for all the girls to relax and have fun.

I have stayed there many times and had a very pleasant time each and every time I stayed there.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: I get just a special feeling with each visit. The staff was always very helpful and friendly.

The bellboy was very helpful.

The facilities were very good. But there were not too many places to eat off the hotel grounds. Their dinner cafe was expensive.

The location is convenient to transport, and in many times I have been to this hotel, I have had no problems.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: The cost of the rooms and of the food and drinks were much higher than regular expenses, so I think it is a little too extravagant.

The Sunshine Rotary of Arlington Heights meets there Tuesdays at 7:15 AM. The Brasserie Restaurant has an amazing custom-order watch-while-they-cook omelet bar!

It's a good hotel, but it's laid out poorly for handicapped access.

This hotel has a very nice pool and comfortable rooms.

I liked this hotel's location, comfort and service.

It was a very nice hotel that was comfortable and quiet. For tourists, it is a little far away from the downtown areas of Chicago, but it's relatively close to Arlington Speedway. I enjoyed my stay there, and cannot really think of anything that needs improvement.

It was a comfortable stay and we enjoyed the pool.
