It is a great location. Its a very nice hotel and facilities and close to major attractions. The hotel staff found me a room prior to the standard check-in time. I disliked having to pay extra for local calls and internet access.
The hotel has great views of downtown and Lake Michigan and is close to the Navy pier and local museums.
I am very likely
to return to the Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. I did not like the fact that we reported missing light bulbs and they were not replaced. I was disappointed in the security service. I went to the bar and directly to the Shula Restaurant and back to my room. I carried a purse with only a pair of glasses in it. There were very few customers in the restaurant and only our party in the bar, yet when I asked for help from security, they did not make the effort to pursue it beyond saying that if the glasses werent turned in to call them. I know I left the purse in the bar or restaurant. We did not leave the hotel that evening. We went directly up to our room. The security office said at this time of year patrons will take purses if they think something is in them. I know I left my purse there and there was very little business in either the bar or restaurant at that time. I expected more help and was very disappointed.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The fees charged for the business center and the workout facilities seemed ridiculously high, especially compared to other hotels of this class. The restaurant menu was very limited in the grill downstairs. The atmosphere was very pleasant and it was a very convenient location.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers.
I might recommend it to friends.

This was our second stay at the Sheraton Towers. The location was great, so close to Michigan Avenue. The room was clean and quiet. The bar was comfortable, and the service was good.
The personnel at the desk were friendly and polite.

I stayed at the Sheraton by mistake. Luckily they were located just across the street from the "Swissotel" which was my original booking. Unfortunately, the Swissotel did not measure up in the least and I checked out 3 hours after arriving.
The Swissotel is advertised as a "4-star" hotel, this is so far from the truth and not representative of the type of service they provide. Anyway, the Sheraton was wonderful. They went out of their way to accommodate me. They understood my situation and did everything possible to help me. The Sheraton is rated 3.5 stars, however, their service was superior to the service at the "Swissotel" by a landslide.

I stayed here on my first trip to Chicago.
It's a big hotel and everything was as expected in terms of good service, easy check-in and check-out, and comfortable rooms.
The location is probably the best part, right on the river near Michigan Ave, you can easily get to the shopping areas by walking north, or head to Grant Park and the museums and businesses in the Loop with a few minutes walk south.
