I love this hotel. I as supposed to go with 5 girlfriends and one of them backed out. We originally had 2 separate rooms, 3 in each room, but since one did not make it, the hotel gave us an upgrade. We were given 2 adjoining rooms, which made it ...

Okay
We just got back from a one night stay at this property and stayed in a standard room (though we payed the $25-$30 fee for a high room w/ a better view). The lobby is nice. Its not Four-Seasons or Ritz nice, but better than I expected. Check in...
36 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I loved the convenience to the lakefront and Navy Pier. I also adored the comforters, the beds were really comfortable. I did not like that my room was on the 8th floor with a view of a roof top. Response times for requests were a little lengthy, but an added plus was the hotel provided me a vase for unexpected fresh flowers from a friend.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

We went for a two day stay, myself and my two teen age sons. They loved the pool, however the chlorine smell was enough to make you leave the area. The staff was very helpful and friendly for the most part. Our room was clean and we could see the...

What a disappointment! I stayed here about ten years ago and the hotel was amazing - I had high hopes for our trip. Unfortunately, I was disappointed almost as soon as I got in our room. The room was super small, you couldn't even see the...
