I have been staying in this Sheraton for years. It has been slipping in quality for the last two years. Their staff was unresponsive and ill prepared to meet the expectations of their customers.

I am very likely to return to the Sheraton Chicago Hotel and Towers.
I would not recommend it to friends.

I was not able to eat at Shula's restaurant in the hotel since we were not 'dressed nice enough.' We felt that since we were staying at the hotel, we should be able to eat at the eatery.

This hotel made me feel elegant: I felt the hotel was elegant, but it did not make me feel elegant.

This particular Sheraton was very disappointing. One of the phones in the room did not work, and when we got to the room, it had not been cleaned. We saw very large roaches on a potted plant in the ballroom area, but the hotel was beside the water.

It took 2 tries to get maintenance done, and the shower curtain had mold on it--totally disgusting. The workout/pool facilities were vastly inadequate for a hotel of that size/caliber, and there should not be an additional fee for them..

They had newly (days) remodeled rooms. There was an overwhelming odor which caused my throat to close. We opened the windows but that didn't help. So we changed rooms. But I had breathing problems for a week after that.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: Everything was just so neat and on time. It seemed like everyone went out of their way to make us feel at home. Even when we were lost, folks were more than happy to help us out.

It was very slow getting registered. My suite hadn't been cleaned. It took 4 hours before I was able to get someone to clean it. Their 'dial 80' program never answered the phone. It took several hours to get to speak to a manager.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: I spent much more on the room than it was worth. It was one of the biggest rip-offs of my life.

I am not likely to return to the Sheraton Chicago Hotel and Towers.
