I loved the location, our room overlooked the river and the lake! It was very clean and I would definitely stay there again.

It had no down side. The staff, especially the bell captain, was great.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The bell captain assisted us in packing our car and getting ready for our shopping trip.

Everything was as expected. They have excellent service. I had a smoking room so it was not one of the best rooms in the hotel.

It offers a great location and the staff was very helpful.

This hotel made me feel respected: All the staff we encountered was very protective of our belongings.

I liked the hotel a lot. I was there for a meeting.

I stayed at the Sheraton by mistake. Luckily they were located just across the street from the "Swissotel" which was my original booking. Unfortunately, the Swissotel did not measure up in the least and I checked out 3 hours after arriving.

The Swissotel is advertised as a "4-star" hotel, this is so far from the truth and not representative of the type of service they provide. Anyway, the Sheraton was wonderful. They went out of their way to accommodate me. They understood my situation and did everything possible to help me. The Sheraton is rated 3.5 stars, however, their service was superior to the service at the "Swissotel" by a landslide.

I stayed here on my first trip to Chicago.

It's a big hotel and everything was as expected in terms of good service, easy check-in and check-out, and comfortable rooms.

The location is probably the best part, right on the river near Michigan Ave, you can easily get to the shopping areas by walking north, or head to Grant Park and the museums and businesses in the Loop with a few minutes walk south.

The location of this hotel was great and was very close to the Navy Pier, the location of my conference. The hotel was very clean, the hotel staff was very nice, and the amenities were above average. The proximity of this hotel to the lake, the river, the Navy Pier, Millennium Park, and other downtown attractions was very nice. However, parking was extremely expensive and parking spaces were scarce. I was disappointed to find out that internet access and workout facilities cost extra.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: After a long day at the conference or sight seeing, returning to a comfortable, clean room with a great view of the city was very peaceful. It was also nice to have a concierge to ask about restaurants nearby.

They have a friendly and helpful staff. It’s conveniently located and within walking distance to many of my destinations. The front desk provided maps and directions and restaurant advice we would never have considered on our own. They have a well stocked gift shop and a very interesting on-site bar.

This hotel made me feel important: The staff seemed to go out of their way to provide us with whatever we said we needed. We even got moved to a different room when at check in we didn't feel we had received the room we had booked.

This hotel was very close to downtown shopping and entertainment. The hotel was very clean and inviting and the bedding was amazing. The staff was nice and very knowledgeable about local entertainment.

We enjoyed the location being close to the Navy Pier. We were able to see the fireworks from our room. The room was spacious and clean.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: It had luxurious rooms and amenities.

The beds are very comfortable. There was no late night restaurant option except for the expensive steak restaurant. There was no evening coffee shop for a lighter meal.

The hotel has a fantastic downtown and waterfront location with great views of Chicago and Lake Michigan. The room temperatures were not easily controlled. The staff was pleasant and professional although requests had to be made several times before action was taken.

The hotel is good value, we had stayed there before. It has a good location to many attractions and activities.

The hotel location was great! I did feel that the room was overpriced. It was a very small room with a double bed. I also felt that the hotel restaurant food was very much overpriced. The breakfast was very expensive and my pancakes were cold!

The location was perfect. It was walking distance from everything that we had planned, as well as a short walk from public transportation services. The service and quality of room was as expected for the price.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was very helpful and prompt at getting my party checked in after a long drive. The parking services were very secure and easy to use. The staff provided the knowledgeable information we asked for about the city.

The non-smoking room smelt of smoke, the refrigerator was not working, the carpet was dirty and the housekeeping plugged up toilet while I was out of room all day.

I loved the view and great service.

I could not think of a negative thing about our stay! The staff went above and beyond with any questions or requests.

I love staying at the Sheraton hotel. It is my first choice hotel when I am making reservations, the service is always great and I love their bed. I would tell others to stay at a Sheraton hotel!
