23 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I booked two rooms and when we got there they were on different floors after having a discussion with a clerk by phone regarding our placement. We did not get our complimentary tickets for breakfast. I did not get my complimentary water.
The rooms were very small and the pictures of the room showed a sofa, yet there was none. The bar was nice (the bartender was great). The room above all, was damp, not musty, but wet. I probably will stay somewhere else. The reservation’s website was not helpful and did not contain enough information to make a choice of rooms.
