I took my elderly mother and they accommodated us to the nth degree even though they did not have a handicapped suite with 2 beds.We had to call the front desk 3 times because housekeeping failed to either leave products or knocked on our door when...
30 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The good things are- the hotel is huge, the rooms are nice although old. The breakfast were great.
The things that needed to be improved-Swimming pool needs to be cleaned. Lots of hair in the pool and the hot tub.
The staff needs more training, the bartender who worked in the bar talked to customers loudly, and the glasses were wet, the beer was too warm and moreover she even asked the customers to leave the bar when there's still five minutes left till the bar closed. (I will totoally understand if we are staying in a cheap small hotel, but it's Sheraton we are talking about).
Comfortable bed.Multiple facilities unavailable due to construction, poor crowd control of other guests. We were quite disappointed with our stay. We were placed in a room across from a conference room in which young female basketball players were...
