Horrible
The lobby area is inviting with a sitting area and fireplace.Hallways dirty and dingy with trash left on floor days at a time. Very disappointing for a 3 star hotel. We left our room for 10 hours for a show and when we returned the door was open,...

They have fantastic service. The employees are very courteous and willing to help however they can. The rooms and the lobby are in desperate need of a facelift. They have wallpaper peeling, carpet and furniture worn. The building needs help, the employees are terrific.
They went out of their way to make you feel important.
I am very likely
to return to the Sheraton Burlington Hotel & Conference Center.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I t was a nice place to stay.The rugs and walls in hallways need replacement. It was a nice place to stay, friendly and convenient but not as upscale as I had hoped.
