Front staff tries hard, but not very competent. Room service very slow (seems to be understaffed), and even though there is a 30-minute guarantee, they do not honor it. Night manager actually argued with me and refused to honor.
The motel could be pretty nice with just a little work, but as it is now: wallpaper pealing, dirty floors/walls, paint pealing, ceilings patched from leaks, air conditioner not working properly, bath tub drains painfully slow (3-4 inches of water after a shower), cigarette burns in comforter (non-smoking room). Nothing is free: $3 bottled water, internet, local calls, and the worst of all $15/day parking.
We chose this hotel because of it's location. It is directly across from Lenox Mall, and we went for a weekend shopping trip after Thanksgiving. Next time, we will choose a different hotel.
