Everything we needed was available to us in our room.There were no shower caps in the bathroom. We loved the hotel and the location even though is was hard to find at first. The staff was very helpful and having someone at the desk at all times...

Villa was beautiful it felt like a home away from home. Every you need is their for you. The pools are amazing and they have a lazy river. You minutes away from the beach.

Horrible
I stayed in room 326 in Bldg 3 from 6/8 thru 6/12, It was impossible to get any sleep in that room. The walls are paper thin. Complained to the Sheraton employee, he said that they had put us in the 'old' section (Bldg 1-4) and that those buildings...
