My brief stay was most satisfactory.

This hotel made me feel pampered: I was accommodated for an early check out and wheelchair assist.

The hotel desk people were very nice. The restaurant was too expensive and the food in the buffet was cold. I will be going there every few months but will avoid using the restaurant.

This hotel made me feel practical: The staff treated me very well and allowed me to stay in the room past checkout since I was in a conference and my family had no place to stay.

It was very convenient. I didn't have to leave the airport. The staff was efficient and friendly. The room was comfortable, water pressure good, and lighting fine. It was a very nice experience.

This hotel made me feel respected: The reservation was correct and my room was ready. I was treated as a valued guest even though my stay was only for one night.

It took over an hour to get a crib after we checked in even after three calls to the front desk. It was late and our baby was trying to fall asleep. Finally my wife saw someone from housekeeping in the hallway and he went to get one for us.

I stayed over for a wedding and the room was excellent, as well as the wedding reception facilities.

I always use this hotel at the airport when leaving and returning on the flight that I normally use. I like the service and I love the comfort of the beds!

The indoor pool is not heated.

It was a hotel room - period. It was no better than most, no worse than most. The hotel is in a very convenient location.

I was forced to stay in the hotel due to a cancelled flight on christmas eve. It made the dreadful day more tolerable.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our son had his wedding reception at the hotel during our stay and they really did a wonderful job. The staff was very friendly, the food was good and the room was very nice.

This hotel made me feel secure: There was a minor incident during our stay with smoke coming from the laundry and we had to evacuate our room. We never felt in danger and were told often as much as they could say about what was going on.

This hotel made me feel pampered: I was upgraded to a club floor when no smoking rooms were available.

This hotel made me feel respected: The polite curteous staff and switching my room rate, unasked, to the lower chess tournament rate (a.k.a. Convention rate).

Traveling with a tour group, we were made very welcome, and were given a lot of immediate help when needed.
