I had an awful check-in experience with unlinked reservation (I had added a night and that was in a separate reservation). I will not pay $240/night and then be charged another $16 for wireless/Internet -- that's insane.

I am not likely to return to the Sheraton Boston Hotel.
I would not recommend it to friends.

My dissatisfaction was not with Sheraton itself but the guests on the floor; they were loud and very inconsiderate of others. I was in Boston prior to a conference for law school, and I was stuck on a floor with a bunch of high school students on a field trip. I called the service desk and they really did very little to remedy the situation. My friend and I were very upset with not being able to have a relaxing night's sleep.

I am very likely to return to the Sheraton Boston Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This hotel made me feel pampered: They have wonderful room views. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the down comforter is the best ever.

It was a very nice experience. It's a very nice hotel in a good location.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: I felt that it was very expensive, even though it was not my money paying the bill!

I got a good rate from AAA, but the view was awful (blank wall of the building next door).

This hotel made me feel welcome: I liked the prompt service and easy check-in. The concierge took care of my luggage, they were very helpful.

The toilet did not flush properly. It was fixed and given a choice of options. The bathroom lighting stopped working; it was fixed, but immediately needed repair again after the workman left.

They booked four people in a room with only a single king-sized bed and a rollaway, when we had reserved a room with two doubles and a rollaway. It was not good.

This hotel made me feel pampered: I had a drink in the lobby bar while waiting for check-in to be available. The bartender took extremely good care of me, refreshing my drink, offering me extensive snacks, being exceedingly courteous and respectful, yet leaving me my privacy. He was a gentleman.

I stayed on a 'club level' floor and was in one of the smallest rooms I had ever seen. It was pathetic. I complained, and they gave me bonus Starwood points and discounted the room down to a lower rate. This should never have been sold as a separate room.

I've stayed in this Sheraton before because of its convenient location (public transportation, sightseeing, shopping, neighborhoods, restaurants).

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I appreciated the courtesy calls from the hotel staff to let me know that they were available if I needed anything. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in!
