I made and prepaid for my reservation months in advance for the club level. When I arrived there was no availability on the club level. After I complained they gave me a mini-suite, but I would have preferred the convenience of the club level.

The room was comfortable. The staff was friendly.

The hotel is in a great location. It's centrally located and close to many activities. It offered great service and nice rooms.

The hotel was very accommodating, neat and clean. The bedding was clean and attractive.

I liked the free upgrade to club floor.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: Check in was easy and efficient. The beds were comfortable. Free breakfast was provided.

The hotel was nice -- probably due to improvements soon -- wallpaper and paint job. The meeting rooms and event staff were very good. I did not eat in the restaurant, but the catered food for the seminar was very good.

This hotel made me feel practical: The accommodations were not overly comfortable, but average accommodations that met average (practical) needs.

The hotel was convenient to restaurants and shopping. The connection to shops and things without having to go out in an unfamiliar city was very good. It also was a good place for meetings, and there were many good-sized rooms close together.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The rooms were comfortable and clean. Public facilities were clean and conveniently located. Staff members were polite and took time to answer questions.

The employees were not very helpful about where things were located in the city. The ladies cleaning the rooms had very friendly greetings each time you would pass in the hallways. I noticed when I got home that I had been charged for room service I didn't use; I called accounting, left three messages on voice mail, but my calls were never returned. I only received a response after I e-mailed saying I would not try to contact them again, I would go further up the chain.

The bathroom vents were full of dust. I was worried about air conditioning disease passing this way.

This hotel made me feel content: They allowed us to check in upon arrival, which was at noon.

I read several reviews regarding this hotel and because of those reviews we requested a room in a particular building and floor. This worked out well. The hotel does seem rundown a bit and if this had not been a paid trip by my spouse's company I would not have been satisfied with what I received for the money. The only major issue we had was that their Internet service was unavailable for a while, but we did get that fee refunded later.

It was a very good stay!

They should have been prepared for the convention that was being held there, but they were not.

I had an awful check-in experience with unlinked reservation (I had added a night and that was in a separate reservation). I will not pay $240/night and then be charged another $16 for wireless/Internet -- that's insane.
