The hotel was fine, but I had problems using the internet connectivity. After spending some time troubleshooting the problem, I found out that I needed to have cookies enabled on my web browser in order to use the online services. The wireless services in the hotel common area were frequently inoperable.

The hotel was somewhat difficult to find. I disliked the expensive parking rates.

The hotel was situated very well for tourist opportunities. However, we were placed in a smoking room when we specifically requested non-smoking room for health reasons. Our request for room changes was met with a shrug and reply that there were no more rooms available and oh wait, there was one.

The Sheraton beds, pillows and duvets were very comfortable. It was conveniently located to the conference center. Since I was on business it was perfect.

The location was great. The hotel was nicely appointed. The check in took a long time, and front desk clerks were rude and snooty on more than one occasion. We ran into similar problems in the fitness center. Also, four out of five of us sleeping in our room received insect bites. The only one who was not bitten was the one sleeping on the rollaway bed.

My room was comfortable and well appointed. I stayed in a mini-suite, which had quite a lot of room. The hotel was well located close to many shopping and historical sites.

This hotel made me feel important: I was one of the liaisons with the hotel for the event and there was a welcome basket for me when I arrived. The front desk staff was also aware of my status and welcomed me personally.

It was convenient to my conference and nice Back Bay location.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: As in the past years, I reserved a standard king room, but received a bigger king room for the same price. It was an unexpected but enjoyable upgrade.

It was a fine, centrally located hotel ideally suited for access to Boston's convention center.

The location, service and ambiance were great.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The hotel had nice comfortable bed and great view.

When I checked out they charged me for the parking.

The comfort of the beds was fabulous. I slept very well there.

The service was excellent. It was a well-kept hotel. I would recommend it. I expect the best and get the best.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff greeted me by name when I arrived. They knew I had been there before. They greeted me by name when I called the desk on phone.

This hotel had a great location, as it was right in the middle of the Boston area, and we were able to walk to many places from it. The hotel was nice, and had a great shopping mall above it and another one attached. Our group enjoyed our stay there.

This hotel was overpriced but nice.

I liked this hotel just fine.

My reservation was messed up, they should have billed my company. When I checked in and informed the staff of this error, they were not helpful; they pretty much told me, "too bad!"

It was pretty much in line with what I expect from Sheraton hotels. However, we did have a problem with the Internet service and I thought the customer service in regards to that and the billing issue it created could have been better.

This hotel was very convenient to a business conference I was attending. It's in a nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants. The refrigerator in the room was a pleasant and welcome surprise. And the lobby bar bartender was extremely kind to me!

It was the only time I have been to Boston and the hotel was nice.

It was very nice and friendly, with good service.
