It's my first time ever in this state and have no idea what to expect but as soon as I check in, I know that I'll be just fine. I came over to watch a football game (Vikings vs. Raiders). All the folks around me has been nothing but nice and helpful....

the hotel was perfect for my needs which was to be situated near the mall of america and the light rail system.the shuttle service to and from the mall and airport was efficient and fun;the rapport estalbished by the drivers were excellent! service...
35 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I have stayed at this hotel a few times. I prefer to stay here because of the location and service at the hotel. The rooms are very nice. The staff is helpful. Their indoor pool and gym is large. In fact, this is a very large hotel. I have had dinner and breakfast at the hotel both were good. They have a nice bar in the center of the lobby that was comfortable.
All in all, if you want a good hotel, you will not be disappointed.

I have to say I was disappointed in the pool, which was a big must when choosing which hotel we were going to stay at. The pool was very cold. This may be due to the fact that it was located in a large open area which was very are conditioned....

The Sheraton was excellent in all respects. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, rooms spotless, food great, location to the Mall of America great. The free shuttle was a great addition to the already wonderful stay.
