They have very convenient parking and it’s only a short distance from the room to the parking lot. The meals were above average in quality. The shuttle service was excellent.

The hotel is being renovated and there was lots of mess. The carpet in the room was dirty. The lights didn't work and the light bulbs were not replaced. The paper was not delivered and there were problems with our group’s reservation.

The hotel is centrally located in downtown Birmingham and I had a very comfortable and pleasing six-day stay there.

I had no likes or dislikes about the hotel. It was no better or worse than others I've stayed.
