We've stayed at this Sheraton six times in the last several years (our daughter is going to college in the area). It has been a consistently good experience, the location is great, staff are pleasant, very comfortable.

I enjoyed the variety of restaurants-commercial, private, mom and pop, the huge shopping mall and stores, etc. The hotel restaruant "Rain" was very nice as well. The HP computers are awesome and my room was very clean and comfortable.

I missed my flight and had to stay over an extra night. The personnel were most helpful in making sure everything was taken care of. It is an excellent hotel and staff.
After our flight was missed they made sure I had a room and that everything was in order.
