The hotel was chosen by a professional organization. Everything was satisfactory.

I have always enjoyed the facilities at the Marriott International. The accommodations have always met my expectations. The staff is efficient and very professional. I will always return to their establishment when the occasions arrive.

This hotel made me feel welcome: All the staff greets you with a friendly hello.

All the employees were very pleasant and they would go out of their way to be accommodating. I expected that from a hotel such as the Marriott hotel. However, the bellhop and the valet were much less cordial and the bellhop never volunteered help by any means even though it was his job to do so.

I did not get the room type I reserved. A special request that I emailed was not received. I was stranded in the elevator and the staff was not prompt in responding. The hotel rewards certificates were not processed properly. There were errors on my bill at check out. The room was very stuffy and there was no way to get fresh air.

The place looked great but the bar was not that great.

I enjoyed my stay immensely. The comfort of the room was impeccable, and the location was within walking distance to all of the downtown Austin amenities. I would stay there again, should I return to Austin in the near future.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The king size pillow top mattress, the down duvet and the five down pillows included in the room are almost exactly what is in my personal bedroom at home. It was so comforting to stay at a hotel that used a higher thread count sheet, and quality bedding. It makes you feel very comfortable, like they were expecting you to want to best and they certainly provided it.

The hospitality room for the Texas Lodge of Research was set up on time. My room was ready about one hour early. I really don't like having to pay so much for parking and I really don't like having to pay extra for internet access.

The hotel was great, convenient to downtown. We did however have a handbag taken from our room while we were out.

This is a good, older hotel in a great part of town. They had the best cleaning staff I've ever had, they even folded up my dirty clothes and put them in a plastic bag for me, now that's service. There are a lot of cool bars and places to hang out within walking distance, and if your company has a corporate rate, it’s only $135 bucks a night.

I loved it! It is a beautiful and very conveniently located hotel.

The hotel is in a great location for the seminar, right close to the interstate, and easy to get to. There's lots of good food, and they furnished mid-morning pick-you-up, which I appreciated. It has good meeting rooms, and provided very courteous service. The hotel has nice rooms and very clean public restrooms.
