Excellent
Staying at the Sheraton was such a pleasant experience. Away from the loud casinos at the boardwalk, this hotel offers relaxation and is just a walk away from the new Outlet Shopping. The rooms were much larger and nicer than the Casino Hotels and...
50 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
Staying there is like losing at a betting table in Atlantic City. The furniture was falling apart, the tub was stained, two of the lamps did not work, and the hallway always smelled like old cooked food. I have stayed there for many years and this was the worst.
The staff and management are very friendly, kind, and they seem very sorry for the condition of the hotel. They charge for everything! They even charged me $3.50 for a small bottle of water in my room, and $2.50 for internet service. I am shocked they don't charge for the use of the elevator. It’s a bad showing for Sheraton, I ended my membership to the Starwoods membership.

The room was quiet and the colors neutral, the bed was very soft, and the bathtub was big enough to take a good relaxing bath in. They had a fast check out and you avoided the lines and paperwork, which made you feel at ease.
