Loved the place. I did a lot of research before booking. I wanted a nice room, a nice hotel, and most important, a pool. I got all and more. The salt water pool was in an atrium that I could have spent days at. The hotel was upscale and not over priced. I don't mind paying for nice hotels. I felt I got a GREAT deal and I can't say enough about the pool and the nice room with an amazingly cozy bed. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Excellent
The service was good, staff friendly, room clean and comfortable. They also had a 24-hour deli, which made it much easier to get a quick sandwich, soup or salad, all fresh and home-made tasting. They also had a computer lab area next to the deli...

Good
Friendly staff, great concierge knowledge, quiet hotel. While the bathrooms could use some plumbing updates in terms of the look (doesn't feel homey), you WILL be won over by the indoor pool. This private, indoor TROPICAL oasis is simply amazing. ...

Horrible
This hotel is in serious need of renovation, or at least a serious face-lift. The door to the room looked like it had taken a beating, the lamp shades were cock-eyed and severely dented, the curtains were frayed , the balcony of my non-smoking room ...

Okay
The hotel itself was nice but the standard rooms were very dumpy & also extremely cramped quarters, so if you stay here spend a little more to get the nice room. The pool was nice too, my 5yr old seemed to enjoy it alot.

Okay
Apparently they allow dogs at this hotel. Someone put their dog in their room (right next door to ours!) and they left. The dog yapped for 40 minutes. At 12:10 I went down to complain and since the people were not in their room, they made US...

Mediocre
We traveled to Atlanta to see the Aquarium and Coca Cola. We like a hotel with an indoor pool for the kids. The pool was extremely pleasing to look at, but it is very cold. The retractable roof did not seal completely so the pool area is COLD. ...

The hotel was nice and cute but the rooms were quite small. There is a bar and a late night deli that was convienient too. There is a little spirit store across the street that came in handy. The parking is 18 bucks a day for self parking which was...

Okay
Very nice interior and friendly staff. Parking is very expensive (but that's Atlanta for you!). Outside of hotel is deceiving. Once inside, everything is warm and welcoming. The only problem was that our room was right next to the elevator (unlike...

Mediocre
I got to the hotel for my 5 night stay with a splitting headache and waited 15 minutes to check in (3 in line) at 4:30 pm. My reservations were for a one king traditional room. Staff said they were packed and could not give me what I reserved....
