The stay was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The beds were good and the staff was accommodating.

I had a great time! The staff was great to work with as part of the conference management team.

The hotel had a great location. The bathrooms were extremely small and the door got in the way of the toilet and the tub and shower. The closet space was way too small. The people were very friendly and helpful. There were too many steps, that was not very handicapped friendly. The hallways were like a maze. The food in the restaurant and the snack bar was very good.

This hotel made me feel respected: They remembered my name after check in and they were courteous during my stay. They responded to any issues quite readily and quickly.

The hotel has a good location, close to MARTA.

The staff was very well trained in hospitality and service. The food and beverage manager went out of his way to accommodate my food allergy.

The comfort and service were good. The location was adequate. The prices for everything like food, laundry, Internet connection, etc was very expensive. I did have a problem with pay-for view in-room movies. I was looking at what was available, and I had ordered a movie and I never got to see it. This would not have been my hotel of choice. I would have been just as comfortable at a less expensive hotel. Most of those hotels at least had free breakfast.

The hotel was quite comfortable and conveniently located near a MARTA stop. The staff was polite, but not particularly memorable in any way. The only complaint I had was that I was charged more for the stay than my statement reflected. The issue has not been resolved yet. When I called customer service, the representative was quite apologetic and promised to research my claim thoroughly.

Everything was pleasant, but I did not like paying $20 per night for parking. I thought that was a little outlandish.

The hotel was the site of the conference I was attending. The arrangements carried out by the Sheraton hotel staff for the conference was terrific. The meeting rooms, the meals and the beverages were taken care of. I was disappointed that the martini bar did not allow access to all the basketball game coverage and that the staff was not aware of the cable capabilities in the bar area. The location of the hotel was great. Many of the places that tourists would want to see were within walking distance. The restaurants were also within walking distance. The gift shop was very pricey on everyday items.

The hotel was centrally located in the downtown Atlanta area. It was within easy walking distance to several attractions such as the Underground, Georgia Dome Aquarium and M.L.K. Jr. Memorial. It's a great place to stay for a convention.

I like the quality of the bed and room fixtures. But I did not like being charged $22 for parking. I thought this was outrageous.

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. It was the dirtiest room I have experienced in a long time, and the bathroom smelled horrible. The deli was not prepared for how busy they were; they ran out of food and coffee, and lines were long. But the staff was friendly and the fitness room was fantastic.

The hotel was beautiful, the decor was very appealing, and the food in the restaurant was exquisite. However, the room service was poor. We called for an iron and pillows and it took them over 40 minutes to bring the items. We actually had to call back twice. Other than this problem, our overall stay was good.

This hotel is in a good central location, but slightly in a ghetto area. It has a great pool and a decent gym. There's a great hotel bar and breakfast restaurant. It's clean, well-lit, has a nice ambience and Internet access.
