Location.They gave me bad directions once. My dad died on the Saturday during our stay in this hotel. We had to extend our trip for 3 nights to attend the funeral. This was all unexpected and I wish there was a better way for you to handle guests...
Quality of lobby & room; friendliness of check in staff; available of pool, hot tub, exercise room.No negatives. An excellent night's stay for a tired traveler. Many facility (banquet, restaurant, etc) not used.
