I found this hotel to be quite excellent in its styling and comfort. The rooms are nicely decorated and have many of the features you would expect from a fine hotel.
Many of the facilities were in quite good condition and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was well mannered and informed about the surrounding areas of interest.

The desk staff was very nice at check in and they showed us how to get to our rooms, avoiding the construction on a couple wings of the building. The construction in next wing over from my room did not affect me, though I was gone during the daytime. It was a nice hotel to stay with comfortable furniture in the rooms and a good lobby restaurant for breakfasts.
As part of the conference we were attending, the conference company had treats waiting for us in our rooms both nights, a bottle of wine one night and a basket with cookies and brownies the other.

The hotel was very convenient to the Convention hall. The restaurant and the snack bar were handy for meals. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was quiet and peaceful. It was very near tourist sites such as Crystal Cathedral and Disneyland and off major freeways. Nearby there were other major hotels with restaurants. There was not much shopping available, though.
It was quiet in and around the hotel. The balcony was overlooking the pool area and there were chairs to drink coffee made in the room. The pool was quiet and clean.

Hotel is definitely average, bathrooms are definitely below average, there is no way I would take a bath in the tubs there, the no slip grip was peeling off the bottom of the tub! They are also very very small. Noise travels easily and the hotel...
