This was a trip to Disneyland with my son. One would think a Disneyland area hotel would cater to Disneyland guests; this did not seem to be the case. Shuttles ran late or left earlier than scheduled, so we ended up paying for a cab more often than not.

The TV movies did not work and there was no answer at room service on a regular basis, but otherwise, rooms were clean and people were very nice.

Although there was a problem in the restaurant during a late breakfast the food was excellent. I believe it was an isolated incident. Generally the staff is very helpful.

This hotel made me feel important: My daughter lost a small item and they made every effort to find it for her. The staff was respectful and attentive.

The Anaheim Sheraton was a gorgeous hotel with exceptional service for a very affordable price. I couldn't have been happier with our stay and everyone in our group commented on what a great bargain got with the hotel!

This hotel made me feel excited: I was worried the hotel wouldn't be very nice for the low price, but since we were on a tight budget we went ahead and made the reservations. The hotel was so much nicer than ever expected!
