The location was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were not all modern. The bathrooms were old and the kitchen was older style, but everything was clean. The room service was great.
They greeted us right at the doors.
I am very likely
to return to the Shelburne Murray Hill Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I love the huge rooms and the friendly doormen in black. On my last visit, the non smoking room smelt of smoke and the towels were not clean. The room service is terrific and reasonably priced.

to return to the Shelburne Murray Hill Hotel.
I might recommend it to friends.
