We stayed here in July 2009 our original booking was for 4 days we extended our stay for a total of 7 days. The staff was out of this world friendly and very helpful. One of the managers named Fred was outstanding in customer service/satisfaction. The rooms are very clean and they also have a laundry room with free laundry soap and dryer sheets.. Where do you find that while on vacation? I can't say enough great things about this hotel, we will be back soon.. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!!

Ordinarily, I would rate this place high. However, if you are traveling by ferry, which many do here, and you are unlucky enough to arrive before 7am, you are out of luck for checking in. I was planning on traveling with my 3 and 4 yr old sons and...

This is a great place to stay in Sitka. Transportation was provided from the airport. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Far away enough from the Cruise ships to be able to ignore them.

It's even better than last year! Don't know where they find such great people, but we were treated better than any hotel we've ever stayed. You get everything for one price. Breakfast, shuttle service, wireless, computers and lots of help. Rooms are not the biggest we've ever been in, but we didn't go there to sit around, Sitka is beautiful!
Really enjoyed our visit, they had everything we needed. Price, breakfast, views, service, restaurant, wifi, location, jeez, what more can you ask for in a little fishing...

This is a great hotel! It’s been completely renovated and sits over the water with it's own dock. We just strolled down the dock, got on our boat and went fishing. The hotel gives you breakfast, service, lots of laughs and a perfect stay. Thanks!
