They have very nice, large rooms. The hotel staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I was greeted at the front drive by people ready to help us unload the vehicle and get our luggage to our room. Everyone was friendly.

The Shades of Green hotel is located on the Walt Disney World property and it offers high quality stays for the military personnel and their dependents at prices based on their rank. They are a full service resort hotel at affordable prices.

This hotel made me feel respected: They do not look at anyone as if they do not belong there though they have the atmosphere of a hotel where you would expect to see that attitude. They are all about service and serving those and their families who have served the country.

I am very likely to return to the Shades of Green (Military Only).
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

32 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

It's close to the attractions we enjoy the most. It is beautifully landscaped. It's quiet. The rooms are large and allow our children to sleep in separate beds with the pull out sofa. The clientele are friendly and have things in common so they tend to talk with each other. It is an upscale resort without paying an upscale price. The only thing I didn't like is the lack of bus service to Downtown Disney. It doesn't begin until six-thirty p.m. and we would have liked to visit there earlier. But to get there by another route, which is possible, is somewhat difficult.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I feel safe there. The beds and pillows are extremely nice.

I am very likely to return to the Shades of Green (Military Only).
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The Shades of Green hotel is a first class resort at Disney World for military and veterans. I feel this is a wonderful opportunity for those who serve the country to enjoy all the services a top notch resort offers. I would recommend this experience highly to anyone.

The hotel was a spectacular value for the money and a real treat for military families like us. The rooms were extremely large and immaculately clean, as were the surrounding areas and the pools. We will definitely be staying at Shades of Green again.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: The architecture and the landscaping were very sophisticated.

The location was perfect, the rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast and dinners were delicious. The only bad thing was that we had to leave.

It was a very pleasant experience, better than expected and the flagship restaurant, Mangino's, was simply outstanding. I recommend that everyone who is eligible to stay there.

This hotel made me feel entertained: The Shades of Green Resort had outstanding architecture, elegant service and very friendly staff. The restaurants are excellent. It is very convenient to all of the Disney attractions and we felt as if we belonged there more so than at any other resort we have visited.
