I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. We stayed at this hotel for a family reunion. The front desk staff was very rude and not helpful at all. When we left my bag was left in the room. When we got home 8 hours later and realized that it had been left we contacted the hotel staff and were told that my bag was not there. After several days of calling they said that someone had "found" it 5 days later in the elevator. They then would not ship it to me for over 2 weeks. When it did finally make it to my house it was missing all of my grandmother's turquoise jewelry and my camera. The hotel manager stated that they would pay for the items that were missing. I sent him a list and the prices and now he is not sure what he will be able to do for us. Make sure if you stay here that you keep your valuable locked up!!
