I disliked the fact that I left my expensive coat accidently in the room at checkout and someone obviously is enjoying it as they "hadn't seen...

Horrible

Hallway was flooded due to poor maintenance on the owners part. Owner refused to clean up mess and residents were forced to walk through water laden hallway through the Christmas 2008 Holiday.

Place was filthy and reflects new and foreign owne

53 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

It was a fine place to stay, new and comfortable.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Settle Inn Overland Park.
I might recommend it to friends.

The room was filthy, and despite many attempts, housekeeping would not clean the room and/or give us needed items, e.g., towels.
