Value for money - great location. Clean room and very spacious. Nice area, friendly staff. Obviously not the Hilton, but we were very happy with our 4 night stay here and would definitely book this hotel again.

Its in a great location and its at a great price, but that's all that can be said.
Their staff is rude and incompetent. Do not expect your reservation to be honored. Do not expect friendliness. Do not expect anything. The front desk staff is one idiot after another. If you ask for an extra blanket, do not for one second expect to get it. Bring your own alarm clock because wake-up calls are non-existent. Do not spend much time in the hotel room, it will depress you.

Good
Amazing location right around the corner from Grand Central Terminal. The price is right! More of a hostel than a hotel, don't expect too much from the rooms, they are run down. I found it a great deal for a budget stay in the heart of midtown and...
