39 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

I had a lovely weekend with Kaaren the owner. She's very accommodating and kind. The house is old and fabulous and creeky and strange. I wondered why she didn't rip out all of the hideous wall-to-wall and expose this historic home's undoubtedly amazing original floors. But that said - she's very lovely and made my stay extremely comfortable and her broccoli breakfast quiche was absolutely fantastic. Don't expect elegance. The house and rooms are very suburban - but Kaaren is lovely and despite the decor the weekend was lovely.
