SERENDIPITY* BED AND BREAKFAST (*an aptitude for making fortunate discoveries accidentally!) Our 1887 3 story brick house is the ultimate Victorian Experience! Our guests call this a museum you can sleep in!! You'll be transported back in time to the true romance of the Victorian era by the hundreds of details which have been added to the basic setting of antique walnut furniture, rugs and period lighting! The details include Victorian children's books and toys, a myriad of china figurines and vividly colored glasswares adorning shelves and tables, and antique pictures in profusion on the walls. Stereoscope viewers wait to be enjoyed by present day visitors while strains of music box tunes waft through the air. The dining room is filled with the luxuries that a middle class family could obtain from the latest Sears and Wards catalogues of the 1890's! From century-old books sporting antique bookmarks in the bookcases to antique medicine bottles and shaving paraphanalia in the bathrooms--this house is overflowing with genuine articles of daily life that a 1900 era family might have used and enjoyed. Antique clocks tick and chime throughout the house. Interesting sights wait outside in the gardens of the home. The brick-edged flower beds blaze with color from spring to fall. The side porch shelters the house plants in summer and provides a quiet place for watching the world go by. Benches, a hammock, and swing provide peaceful spots to reflect on life and into the Victorian gazing balls or listen to the bubbling fountain. The owners have created this atmosphere for their own pleasure and enjoyment. Now you can share the surroundings of this private home! Click on the blue "Serendipity Bed & Breaksfast" immediately below to view 28 color photos and if you like what you see, phone us at 1-800-203-4299 for speediest response to inquiries about availability or to make a reservation.

Okay
At first the accomodations seemed neat, very much like a museum and the carriage house apt where we stayed was very roomy. But after having the exact same breakfast three days in a row..(and it wasn't that good on the first day) and...
