Horrible
All amenities nor price could make up for lack of hot water. Explanation was that softball teams were using it all. Pool was nice but midnight closing was too late--too noisy in rooms facing the pool. Jacuzzi not working part of the time. Age was...

Mediocre
We stayed here two nights last year. The front is very new and modern. It is just a facade. The room area is very old motel/motor lodge type rooms. That was very dissapointing. It did not feel safe, but we survived.

Good
After reading some of the horrible reviews that were left about Seralago I was somewhat anxious. However, I was glad to see that I had in fact made a great choice. For the price and proximity to the attractions, the Seralago gets a B. The decor is...
33 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
My family and I just came back from our disney vacation and we made reservations at your resort. Our week long stay at your resort was not favorable. Upon entering our assigned room we found that the carpeting had a very bad odor and the conditions of the beds we unfit to sleep on. After contacting the front desk they simply gave us another room two buildings from the first. When we entered this room there was a strong stench of cigarette odor and the carpeting smelled also. You're bedspread had cigarette burnt holes..no fitted sheets on your bed. The tub had hair stuck to the shower walls from previous guests. During our stay we didnt get housekeeping for two days and I had to call the front desk for toilet tissue and towels (we left no "do not disturb" on door). On one particular day we return to our room early in the afternoon and surprised a housekeeper in our room watching T.V. I did not want to waste anymore of our vacation time making complaints to your staff so we made the best of it. Your ammenities were as described and we enjoyed being close to disney parks. But cleanliness is a big concern! It's a value but not worth the hassle..look elsewhere!
The room me and my fiance had was horrible we slept in out clothes and wore sandles in the shower. They made the bed but never changed anything I fell asleep with makeup on and the next day it was on the pillow case but flipped over. The carpet...
