I found this hotel by accident when my travel agent booked it for my honeymoon. My husband and I stayed here for 4 days and it was great. The hotel had a restaurant where you could get buffet style for $8.oo per person or order things that were not at the buffet for a small addition fee. It also had a great convenience store within the hotel {like a small 7-11}. The room was clean and the cleaning lady did come in each day. In fact I recall her even asking us what time would be best to come in to clean since I mentioned we were on our honeymoon. Needless to say when we returned form visiting the parks each night our room was clean. As for the shuttle service the only down fall was that I don't think there was enough of it. You do have to share it with other hotels. Yet for only my husband and I it was fine. This time since I am traveling with 8 other people we decided to rent a car. I would go back without a second thought and in fact I am in July!

The "hotel" was much more like a rent-in living space with dirty bathrooms, and dim lights with rusty switches. The room had clear signs of aging which displayed its immediate attention for renovations. Seralago's site claimed that the room would have a safe in it to keep valuables, well, let's just say to keep all important things at home! The entire time you're there, you're most likely going to see three people: the staff member during check-in, the lady who comes in your room EARLY in the morning (just remember to keep the "please do not disturb sign on the outside of your door at all times you are in the room) who just brings you two or three new (but dirty and stained-gross!!!) towels and makes your bed (which does not include changing your sheets; who knows if they were changed before you slept), and the last hotel staff you are going to see will be the staff member at check-out. The staff members at the desk were relatively nice and friendly. The lobby was nicely decorated for the holiday season. The room was near the highway and it was an extremely dark and quiet (aside from the cars zooming past on the highway) walk from the main "building" (one floor) to the room situated in the rear where you had to walk across the parking lot (which is free-that's one good thing!) while cars were pulling out from their parking space. This is a family-friendly "hotel" but how do you suppose kids to walk safely there, even when they are accompanied by their parents?

For those who plan to visit Disney World, there is a free shuttle service that the hotel offers. This shuttle is shared among a few other hotels. In the morning, half of the Seralago customers who would like to board the shuttle are left behind because the bus has been partially filled with customers from other hotels. Also, it is worthy of mentioning that some of the bus drivers were very unfriendly. A tall and slim female driver was rude and unkind to the children on the bus. Since many hotels share this bus shuttle service, passengers are prone to confusion of their designated stops. Because this driver did not use the speakers to make announcements, I was unable to hear what she said. I decided to walk to the driver and ask her whether that was the stop for Seralago. Her extremely rude reply was "I said Quality Hotels and Inn. Did I say Seralago?" If I had less experience with sarcasm, I would have been convinced that was my stop. I even saw her scold a child for bringing a bottle of water and a wrapped-up Disney lollipop on the bus. The child asked to put the water and candy in his bag, but the driver still made him put those items in the storage space at the bottom of the bus. The shuttle service was a cold experience , but if you do not want to pay for the taxi, it is your best bet.
