16 year old female with a moderate budget

Our family had to come here for a soccer tournament, where my little brother was playing. It was a fabulous location, and a pretty good price for what we got. We had to stay in the 2 room suite, which was not as big as it showed on the website, but was still great! It was a perfect place for me and my siblings.

Our room was clean, and had all of the necessary materials, and the pool was very relaxing. The employees were very nice and extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend it, but probably not stay in it again, because there is another hotel right across the street called "Home Sweet Home" that is only $149.00 per week, which was the amount we were paying for only one night!

I am somewhat likely to return to the Seralago Hotel and Suites Maingate East.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

29 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The Hotel lobby is the only good thing about this place, very clean and staff is courteous. The first room we had the shower leaked BAD, so we had to repack all of our things and move to another room, which wasn't handled very well by the front desk staff. The door to our room wouldn't lock unless you slammed the door about ten times, thank God I checked this when leaving the first time, trust me this hotel just gives off a vibe that you want to make sure your doors are locked!

Seralago was awful. It was basically a motel with a nice pool. I stayed there in April 2007 for one night before heading to port canaveral for a Carnival cruise. Our tiny room on the ship was better than Seralago. The pics on their website are much fancier than the room you actually get. The pool was nice, though. It was large but the hotel grounds are not well kept and resemble a motel 6. The location was good, close to restaurants and the Bee Line expy. Trust me and stay somewhere w/ a recognizable name, closer to the theme parks.

30 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

I found this hotel by accident when my travel agent booked it for my honeymoon. My husband and I stayed here for 4 days and it was great. The hotel had a restaurant where you could get buffet style for $8.oo per person or order things that were not at the buffet for a small addition fee. It also had a great convenience store within the hotel {like a small 7-11}. The room was clean and the cleaning lady did come in each day. In fact I recall her even asking us what time would be best to come in to clean since I mentioned we were on our honeymoon. Needless to say when we returned form visiting the parks each night our room was clean. As for the shuttle service the only down fall was that I don't think there was enough of it. You do have to share it with other hotels. Yet for only my husband and I it was fine. This time since I am traveling with 8 other people we decided to rent a car. I would go back without a second thought and in fact I am in July!

For those who plan to visit Disney World, there is a free shuttle service that the hotel offers. This shuttle is shared among a few other hotels. In the morning, half of the Seralago customers who would like to board the shuttle are left behind because the bus has been partially filled with customers from other hotels. Also, it is worthy of mentioning that some of the bus drivers were very unfriendly. A tall and slim female driver was rude and unkind to the children on the bus. Since many hotels share this bus shuttle service, passengers are prone to confusion of their designated stops. Because this driver did not use the speakers to make announcements, I was unable to hear what she said. I decided to walk to the driver and ask her whether that was the stop for Seralago. Her extremely rude reply was "I said Quality Hotels and Inn. Did I say Seralago?" If I had less experience with sarcasm, I would have been convinced that was my stop. I even saw her scold a child for bringing a bottle of water and a wrapped-up Disney lollipop on the bus. The child asked to put the water and candy in his bag, but the driver still made him put those items in the storage space at the bottom of the bus. The shuttle service was a cold experience , but if you do not want to pay for the taxi, it is your best bet.
