Casino - good, Food - good, Pool - good, Hotel - STAY AWAY!
They must make enough money on the casino to let runaway teenagers manage the hotel.
They told me my room would be just a few minutes - 2.5 hours later I got to my room. Unloaded and took a shower - it flooded (no big deal, things happen). It took them another 3 hours to get me into another room. Never got an apology, a call saying thanks for your patience, NOTHING. Maybe the staff was tired of smelling the smoke in the casino and could not wipe the cell block C looks off of their faces.
I felt like I had somehow upset the owner's daughter when I arrived and I was gonna pay for it the entire stay.
You know that feeling you have when you get ripped off, and there's nothing you can do about it, and it just lingers in your stomach like a rock? Stay here and you'll remember !!!

My husband and I loved the room, it was clean and beautiful, they turn your sheets in the evening if you like, the spa is amazing and the pool is beautiful.

Ive been going to the Hard Rock Seminole casino since it opened a few years back. I have never seen anyone hit a large payout in any of the machines at any moment . I'm thoroughly convinced after playing all these years that it is close to impossible to hit a large payout . I have played in casino's in Vegas and throughout South Florida at many of the other casinos that have opened in the area. Basing on the amount of time and money Ive spent at Hard Rock Seminole, I have won significantly more elsewhere. Each time Ive gone has only been mainly for the restaurants and try to convince myself "this time I'll hit it". I've made my conclusion and that is...The slots don't pay at Hard Rock Seminole!

The beds in the room were very comfortable.It was unclear if there were restaurants to eat at on site or what activities were available and the staff provided little or no help. This hotel is beautiful. If you want to stay busy, be prepared to walk...

The casino in none regulated by any game commission so it has no minimum payout rules to follow.
I stay at the hard rock eight to ten times a year (My company puts me up there)
and over the past four years watched hundreds of company associates dump a weeks worth of salary in one evening trying to prove me wrong!
Ive heard all the arguments.......It's a casino, someone has to win!!! If no one ever won, no one would come back!!!!....They will let you win some back surely!!!!...THE ANSWER IS NO !!! NO YOU WONT WIN PERIOD....
They Have no table games where the odds are better for you other than Poker.

The location is ideal for my business. The hotel is very well run and efficient. The staff is generally very helpful without being intrusive, even though it is a casino.
The security in the casinos is awesome. They manage to provide that security without the guest feeling intruded upon.

Terrific hotel. We had never stayed in a casino before (they are not that popular in the UK) so this was a new experience. It gets very busy on Friday and Saturday nights though.

The suites are the most beautiful around. When you arrive, they treat you like royalty and the suite is just that. They have left nothing behind with a marble bathroom including a most wonderful whirlpool bath. Just order room service and you are treated like a "Trump". The hotel staff is clearly at your beck and call. The venues outside the hotel are spectacular as well. They have not left anything behind. It’s a must visit.
