People were nice. But had problem w/reservation and even though room was paid for had to wait until they could get it in system to get a room. Bed so hard you could feel springs, pull out bed worse.

The Sedona Summit Resort was a very nice spot with a nightmare check in process. We greatly enjoyed everything about the resort except the hard sell for the time share at the desk. The process took about 25 minutes and we felt that the staff was unwilling to take "no" for an answer when we declined the 90 minute presentation.

I tried to stay at Sedona Summit in July. I took this long for my review because I wanted to communicate what happened in a more businesslike manner.
