I checked into the room with my 3 kids. The room was so nasty I almost barfed on myself.

They had roaches crawling up the wall and in the bathroom. The beds were not made up properly and when I pulled the covers back, the sheets looked like they hadn't been washed. The room had a disgusting odor and a big hole in the wall. They don't give you any towels. What do they expect you to dry off with?

To make things worse, the dumpster, which was located right outside the door, has at least 5 raccoons digging through the garbage. My daughter was so afraid. I then went back to the office and asked for a refund and the man at the front desk told me that I couldn't get a refund due to the fact that I had already been checked in longer than 10 min. I got very upset and was getting ready to go off in there but my boyfriend stopped me.

I was getting ready to call the police to get my money back but I went on ahead and told them to keep the money. They need it more than I do. I started to call the health department because they need to be shut completely down (destroyed). Just filthy. Then they got the nerve to charge $60 a night for that awful place. So if you don't want anyone coming up to you asking for crack, don't check in! Keep it movin! and they got the nerve to have a gate.
