The staff is very friendly and the room was not bad but the cleaning crew was terrible.

Only received 2 towels and wash cloths that were very thin. One tiny bar of soap and no shampoo. Have coffee in the room but no cream or sugar to go in it. Checked in on Friday, when we came back to the room on Saturday, the maids had made the beds but dropped chocolate bars on the floor, took dirty towels but did not give up new ones. Did not clean coffee pot nor sweep bathroom floor.

I had to call desk 3 times to get more towels and had to get coffee ourselves from front desk.

Bed was OK, pillows were terrible - bring your own.

Probably won't stay here again.

I just spent a few days in Fort Smith and what a find.

It’s close to all the stores, malls, and shops. I understand there are new owners and what a staff they have found. The pool was so clean and clear you could have drunk the water.

The desk staff and as matter of fact the entire staff from the manager to the maintenance man, they were just great.

Whenever I return to Fort Smith, I now know where to stay.

The heaters in two different rooms did not work.
