It was our first time in New Bedford, MA area and the hotel was exactly waht we were looking for. Walking distance to the ferry to Martha's vineyard island and the historic New Bedford. Clean romm, great service and food as well as magnificent water view from our window, overlooking the marina boats and New Bedford's bay.

This Holiday inn is right near the Atlantic Ocean. In my previous review I wrote about how great the Hotel was. I'm not sure if I mentioned the HUGE breakfast was FREE.

Excellent
It started at the front desk, every person on duty was friendly and helpful. I had an immaculate supper King bedroom. The bath tub was so clean I actually took a bath in it.

The location is ideal for the first leg of our trip. The pet friendly policy at this hotel is very important to us.
We had a problem with our key opening the side access door and rather than passing the buck to maintenance, one of the girls on the front desk accompanied us to the door, diagnosed the problem and solved it. It was great service and we certainly felt that we were valued customers.

The staff was great. The price was great. The room with the king size bed was cramped. The heater was either too hot or too cold. The bathroom could have been cleaner.
