Excellent
Best hotel I've ever stayed in! Can't say enough good things about the Seaport, My son and I went for a long weekend, and the staff from start to finish could not do enough to make our stay perfect, they got our tickets to Blue Man, made dinner...

Horrible
The quality of the room was not like a four star hotel at all. Staff was really not that friendly at all. They charged an extra fee for parking that was I believe $29 that was not told to us at until the very end. I wouldn't have minded being...
Great location for views over the city and harbor, and facilities abound for special events, meetings or conventions. International clientele due to World Trade Center proximity. Comfortable, beautiful furnishings and high-end amenities like a full fitness center with indoor pool and spa services, restaurant and cafe, and complimentary wifi throughout the hotel. One thing that makes this place stand out is a "service inclusive" model so you don't always have to be digging through your pockets for tips.

Okay
We were not given the room we had booked but were told they would move us the next day - they did not move us. The water pressure in the shower was so low I had to shower in the sports club - they had lots of water pressure. We were constantly given ...
55 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
We just returned from a three night stay at the Seaport Hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, the hotel staff was extremely gracious and helpful, the desk gave us a partial water view at no extra cost...ensuring we will return. The toilets sounded like canons going off but we didn't mind that so much, given the high quality of the property.
We used the pool often. It is a terrific escape in the middle of winter. We went back to our rooms in our bathrobes passing by a wedding reception. We were tempted to go for the hors d'oeuvres but we thought we might look out of place, dripping wet in our bathing suits and bathrobes.
Stefan Stipe who is a waiter in the lounge actually took our video camera and filmed us on a couple of occasions and we called him Steven Spielberg because the video was outstanding. We took the free shuttle into town and back. The bus driver was extremely knowledgeable about Boston and the waterfront development. The subway is right across the street and we used that also.
We did a bit of people watching in the lobby as visitors come and go talking of Michaelangelo. We live only 55 miles from Boston but it seemed to us that Seaport Hotel was far from home. This is a great hotel with a great staff.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. The staff was pleasant and we had no complaints. The pool was practically deserted. The bed was sumptuous and the roses, champagne, and chocolate that were requested for our stay were just lovely. I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.
