Seabonay Beach Resort Resort - Page 1

Looked like a nice room when I got there, Great ad made me choose this hotel. However, upon returning from my evenings activities at 10:00pm, my toilet overflowed all over the bathroom floor! I called down to the front desk with no answer. So I then went down to find no one there. I called the hotel number from my cell and eventually (about 2 hours later) got another number to their cell phone. When I called they were obviously sleeping and atated that the maintainence man on call was not answering. All I wanted was another room or the problem fixed. They refused to come out and told me to use the pool bathrooms 6 floors down even after I explained I had a small child alone with me. The elevators were not working so I did go down the steps to use the pool bathrooms, and found the ladies room to be clogged too! Desperate I went to use the men's room only to find 2 bums living in there for the night! Staff returned in the morning, and I was refused any type of refund for my horrifying ordeal.

It was right on the beach and very convenient to other places.
