Most of the staff were friendly enough and the room was clean, however, the tub water was discolored. Watch out, because you are not allowed to sit on a lounge chair by the pool unless you pay money to rent a cushion. You also must pay to sit on a chair on the beach. The pool Nazi is not nice, he’s condescending and intimidating. And you don't get the promised bonuses if you book through Expedia or similar websites, it’s not worth it, we wouldn't go back.

It was very nice at this hotel. We did use the room service and it was really good and everything else, like maid service, was good; the bed was turned down. We had a balcony and we enjoyed the view even if it wasn't the beach view. We also highly recommend it. The only problem is I don't know how much the rooms cost; my company paid for the rooms.

Although I had a pleasant stay, I didn't like that at about 15 minutes before I was due to check out, the front desk called to see if I would be checking out. The trip was arranged by a PR person, so I didn't think they should be so pushy, but I think if it is about two minutes before you are due to check out, then it is appropriate to call. I was on my way out when I picked up the phone!
